1. What services do you offer?

We offer personalised nutrition guidance, lifestyle coaching, and goal-based support tailored to individual needs. This may include meal planning advice, habit coaching, accountability check-ins, and general wellbeing support.

2. Do you provide medical or clinical advice?

No. Our coaching and nutrition services are for educational and lifestyle support only and are not a substitute for medical advice. Clients with medical conditions should always consult their GP or a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary or lifestyle changes.

3. Who are your services suitable for?

Our services are mainly suitable for young adults and adults looking to improve general wellbeing, build healthier habits, manage weight sensibly, or gain structure and accountability with nutrition and lifestyle goals.

4. How do sessions work?

Sessions can be delivered online or in person (if applicable). A typical process includes:

· Initial consultation 

· Goal setting 

· Personalised guidance 

· Regular check-ins and progress reviews 

5. Do you create meal plans?

We provide guidance and example structures, but we do not prescribe strict diets. Our approach focuses on sustainable habits, flexibility, and education rather than rigid rules.

6. How long before I see results?

Results vary depending on individual goals, consistency, and lifestyle factors. Some clients notice changes in a few weeks, while longer-term goals may take several months. We focus on steady, realistic progress.

7. Are sessions confidential?

Yes. All client discussions and shared information are treated confidentially and handled professionally.

8. What qualifications or experience does the Team has?

After completing a Masters in Strategy & Management of International Business, Maud graduated as a Diet and Nutritional Advisor. She dedicated her phesis to Nutrition for mums to be, mums, babies and children; working hands-in-hands with Danone in France.  

Jonathan has started, closed and developed businesses. He had a thirty-year career and was awarded an O.B.E for his services to law enforcement internationally.  Jonathan is now a small business owner and an internationally accredited coach with over 100 hours of experience.  

9. How much do your services cost?

Pricing depends on the type of service or package chosen. Please contact us or view our pricing page for current rates and available packages.

10. Can I cancel or reschedule a session?

Yes. We usually require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee depending on policy.

11. Do you work with special diets?

We can support general preferences such as vegetarian, vegan, halal, or gluten-free lifestyles. However, specialised medical diets should be supervised by a healthcare professional.
