1. Vertical Loading

4. Breathing


Efficient breathing is foundational. Poor posture restricts the diaphragm, reduces oxygen intake, and impacts energy levels, focus, and recovery.


5. Motion


The body thrives on movement. Every system; circulatory, digestive, immune, is enhanced by it. A sedentary lifestyle slows metabolism and accelerates dysfunction.


6. Balance


Balance is not just about stability, it is about symmetry. The body must develop equal strength and coordination on both sides to maintain alignment and prevent compensation patterns.


7. Stimulus


The body is constantly responding to its environment. Movement provides positive stimulus; inactivity leads to stress, reduced resilience, and increased vulnerability to external pressures.


8. Renewal


The body is in a continuous state of regeneration. Proper movement, alignment, and function support this renewal process. When these are compromised, degeneration accelerates.
